Following a career in the Royal Navy and Plessey Defence Systems, Graham Calvert became self-employed in 1982.

After a successful spell in financial services with Sun Alliance and Swinton Life and Pensions, Graham opened as a franchise with Whitegates in 1988 and was joined by Carol Campbell who remains manageress to this day. Whitegates was a huge success with Graham being awarded franchisee of the year two years running.

In 1995 Graham decided to become independent and that is when Calvert & Co was born.
The same recipe for success – old fashioned service with leading edge technology has meant Calvert & Co are market leaders in property management and enjoy a reputation for selling properties rather than simply listing then.
